Sub Floor Piers

Sub floor piers are the piers below most timber floors, supporting the bearers and joists.

The normal practice of the time was to excavate a shallow hole and build straight off the soil. Of course over time these would sink or subside leading to bouncing floors and warped bearers.

We excavate down and install a concrete pad and re-build the piers pack up the bearer. The final result, a new pier that will last for years.
